Annual General Meeting

The 2021 annual general meeting will be held on line using Zoom (and not at the Adachi pavilion as originally planned)

We’ve received notification from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs that current Provincial Health Office (PHO) Order on Gatherings and Events prohibits public attendance at meetings (including Improvement District AGMs). Fortunately, our Bylaw 112 allows us to hold our AGM electronically.
