Annual General Meeting

Friday, October 16th, 2020 at 1:00 pm Adachi Pavilion, Dinner Bay Park

Due to COVID-19 concerns, and to comply with the “Guidance for Improvement Districts Holding Annual General Meetings and Elections During COVID-19” issued on September 11th, 2020, as well as the Order by the Provincial Health Officer issued on September 18th, 2020, the following procedures will be in place:

Landowners who wish to attend must RSVP by October 9th, 2020 to vpid@shaw.ca or by phone (250) 655-0844. A list will be posted at the entrance and attendees will be required to check off their names when arriving.
Attendees must bring their own chair, wearing of masks is mandatory and physical distancing of 2 metres adhered to.
Hand sanitizers will be provided.

As the Adachi Pavilion has limited seating capacity, landowners are encouraged to bringtheir own umbrellas in the event of rain, as they may be outside the Pavilion.

Motions from the floor will not be allowed.
