IMPORTANT INFORMATION UPDATE:
Houses on Mariners Way 212 through 244 continue to have no water as well as addresses on Callaghan Crescent. Water will remain off until tomorrow morning.
Service has been restored to Spinnaker West and Mariners West and should have water by 5pm today if not already. Please expect there to be airflow and sediment in your taps as the water lines fill.
Thursday, May 14, 2026 ( tomorrow ), Pacific Leak Locators will be on site at 7am to scope the water mains and connections that we are not able to access manually to locate the leak on Mariners Way. Water will be turned on to the affected area with the exception of Callaghan Crescent to aid in leak detection. Water pressure in elevated areas on Mariners Way West and Spinnaker Drive West will likely lose water pressure and possibly have no water during this time.
Once the leak is located, water for houses on Mariners Way 212 through 244 will be turned off again so repairs can be completed. At this time, water pressure will slowly be restored to Mariners Way West and Spinnaker Drive West.
ALL RESIDENTS:
Please conserve as much water as you can tomorrow as the less pressure in the lines, the more difficult and time consuming it will be to locate the leak.
