Spinnaker Drive:
Approvals received from Ministry of Highways.
Starting September 17, 2025, roadwork is scheduled for 2 days. This work will be taking place near the point on Spinnaker close to where is circles around to Mariners Way.
There will be machinery work to remove and cut asphalt, trench, remove and replace the water line similar to the work completed on Leighton Lane. Once complete the trench will be backfilled and compacted.
There will always be a single lane of traffic accessible; however, please avoid this area as much as possible to reduce interruptions to the crews working. Pedestrians, bicycles and cars please pass slowly and carefully to assist the working crews and take extra precaution after hours when crews are not present. The area will be heavily marked for safety.
Note that water will NOT be shut off to residents during the repair process.
